Webinars are refreshers or to introduce attendee to the type of training offered by Really Smart Services, Inc. They are 1/2 hour in length ( 7:30 - 8:00 AM ), interactive with web conference software.

The Webinars require that you are on a computer with internet access and near a phone. In order to access the Webinar you will receive a confirming email when you register, an email the morning of the Webinar which will ask you to join the meeting and join the conference call. Once you have joined the meeting, call the phone number (you will not receive a bill for the call) and you will be in the meeting.

Format: The first 15 minutes are devoted to the topic and a presentation is given via the Internet During and after the presentation you can ask questions over the phone or type an email question in the box provided. You can log out at any time. Depending on how many participants are on and how many questions are asked, Fran will try to answer any questions.
